OFFERS...

Well, sometime last week I found the perfect house, it had about 90% of our "requirements" and it was totally within the budget, come to find the agent handling the sale tried to scam us because we were not represented by any agent.
Rudy (the hubby) and have now decided to hire our friend, Marcela who happens to be a real estate agent to help us with the details, we just sent the offer and according to Marcela, all we have left to do is wait...
I'm not a very patient person and a lot is riding on this offer and I'm really pulling for this house, it really has a lot of potential for DYI repairs and I so want this project...
Well, just though I'd write a little about what's going on, I'll post some other journal entry tomorrow, until then....
