I was very excited today as a reporter from "mundo hispanico", a local hispanic newspaper came over to my house/studio to get some pictures of my jewelry to post in their report.
After telling the reporter and her editor all about my jewelry and hoping to indroduce Etsy as a new alternative for Hispanic artisans living in the Atlanta area she decided to post the article on the "business" section of the newspaper issued on August 9, 2007.
I'm extremely excited that Rocca Designs will be featured, but I'm most excited about the possibility to showcase Etsy in a positive way for all Hispanic Artists living in my area.
I'll post more on this subject after the article comes out.

Congratulations! Anything that helps get the word out about etsy is a good thing :)
2 out of 3 people I mention etsy to (at least) have never heard of it - how is that possible!? *shakes head in disbelief*
